Sono stata
recentemente in questa magnifica struttura in riva al Lago d'Orta e mi sono
trovata ottimamente! Staff cordialissimo, ottimo cibo e vista favolosa, mi sono
regalata anche un massaggio per non farmi mancare nulla...
Ho scelto la camera superior vista lago per essere sicura di avere il meglio,
insomma lo consiglio a chiunque... ma scegliete la camera giusta!

I booked this hotel for a weekend escape from the heat of Milan and it was
lovely! Received a an excellent last minute rate, I did not have a Lake view
but a lovely room with nice quiet balcony. The room was very clean and seemed
to be newly decorated, the bed was comfortable and the wireless gratis. (much
appreciated) The real gem of the hotel is the multi-lingual staff, who are
quite charming and hospitable, especially the ladies at the front desk and the
gentlemen in the restaurant. Breakfast was very nice with many good things to
choose from and the food at dinner was delicious, particularly the cheeses and
desserts! The pool was clean and very well maintained, and the young man who
staffed the walk-up bar worked so hard to take care of everyone quickly and
with a smile. The in-room literature recommended some stunning walks which I
really enjoyed. For me this was true Italian hospitality in a beautiful
location! Two things I might mention, the shower was a bit small and I was
confused as to who/how to tip, especially at the bar/restaurant because the it
was billed directly to the room. I highly recommend this lovely and charming hotel!
